10–12 working days to setup and configure your eve licence, to port phone numbers and provision handsets.

Handsets, all of which are plug-and-play, however there are a number of phones that come Free with a 36-month contract. You may also need switches and networks cables, which we can supply, and porting numbers will be part of the setup.

No, it’s a cloud system so it comes as a fully managed solution, including updates at network level. We offer support for site hardware and anything else you require, including training.

At setup, we will agree a disaster recovery plan, where each number will be diverted to any location you choose including mobiles.

In some instances, 2-5 handsets, the setup is so straight forward that our customers prefer to install themselves. For larger systems including multi-site we offer a full site-survey and professional installation service including training, tailor made for your business.

Yes, in fact we recommend it. Not all users will require all the features.
