What has the pandemic taught you as a business?
We’ve all learnt how to be adaptable.
The biggest change in the industry was the increase in remote workers, which meant more remote solutions were needed to be quickly available as well as reliable.
I think because of this, the future of how businesses operate has changed forever.
What’s been key when supporting your customers?
During this time, flexibility has been crucial.
With unprecedented times, we have had to adapt, not only the way we operate as a business but how our customers can too.
Being able to implement solutions quickly for our customers who were not prepared for remote working but had no choice.
What are you looking forward to most in 2021?
The release of vaccines around the world is definitely bringing us closer to that happier, healthier day.
2020 felt like the longest year, thankfully, it’s over and while we don’t know what to expect in 2021, there’s definitely a lot to look forward to.
What has been the biggest challenge?
The pandemic is the biggest challenge we have faced in our lifetimes and the measures we took had to reflect its magnitude.
We’ve had to combine helping our customers adapt their business model and allow for working from home, while at the same time protecting our staff.
How have you kept staff morale high?
Most of our employees have been with us for over 20 years!
We have an excellent team who always go above and beyond.
I found communication to be key – we all worked as a group together and took everything in our stride.
What’s been the biggest highlight?
Keeping our team together.
Coming through 12 difficult months and remaining in a strong position to embrace the future as we move out of lockdown and put the pandemic fully behind us.
