Formed in 1984 upon the privatisation of British Telecom, Russell Telecom has stuck to the same principle from day one – to offer our customers nothing but the best in terms of service, equipment and value for money.
In 1991 we achieved BSI approval to install and maintain telecoms equipment, and to this day we work extremely hard to ensure our customers receive a faultless service.
We are always looking for new and exciting ways to improve the communications within your business. It’s this forward thinking combined with the great value we offer that’s led to companies from further afield contacting us about their telecoms. In fact the interest has been so huge we opened a regional office in Leeds so we could properly service our clients in and around Yorkshire.
In 2003 we set up our own billing platform: Russell Network Solutions Ltd. This ensures our Customers receive the most straightforward invoicing available for their calls, line rental and broadband services.
Without doubt, a lot has changed in telecoms since 1984, but the pride we take in our work hasn’t. We’ve built our company and reputation on the back of the quality and value of our service, and we look forward to providing existing and new customers with more of the same for many years to come.
